The Biggest mistakes I’ve made in network marketing
I am now beginning several blog entries regarding the biggest mistakes I have made in my network marketing career. The first mistake I ever made was having a short term view of the business. Here’s what I mean by that.
I was first introduced into network marketing with a nutrition company. I went to the meeting, I got all hyped up and I thought within the next 30 days I was going to be making a lot of money, after all the person on the stage had did it in record time. This caused me to look at my business as a 30-60 day sprint to see if I could make it work. When it didn’t happen that fast I was discouraged and I decided this wasn’t the right business for me.
Here is what I missed with this approach. I didn’t see the little gains I was making that were helping me move toward my goal. When I quit I now had to start all over and all of my gains though they were small were gone.
I think back now and say what if I had just kept making those little gains each month over the course of the next 3-5 years imagine where my business would be. So in your business, have a long term view
and don’t despise the little steps you make. I challenge you to be excited when you generate your first lead, your first sale, your first $10 commission check, because if you stick with it remember what you did to get it and repeat that process you are on your way. It may not happen next month but it will happen.

Nice to go through your experience, that is very true, most of the people leave the network marketing since they are unable to grasp it’s essence. The income grows multifold and the initial paychecks no matter how small are they,it’s always very encouraging.I have met a couple who had got $5 dollar as their first check and jumped in joy whereas they were having lunch of more than $100 in a restaurant.Today they are millionaires from their network marketing business.
Hello Brother,
Thanks for sharing your experience with us.I agree network marketing is great business but it require huge patience. One need to have long term plan, good management and huge patience.I have seen many people who start this business with lots of hopes but they give up shortly as they get small return at the start. But there are few who set long term goals, targets and become successful in period of time.Very few have succeed in this business.Go for it if you have required skills. Its not for everybody.Try it and see if you have thta much patience and skills.I tried it few years ago.But its not my area.
Thanks for sharing your experience with net work marketing, it’s a great thing,in this I learn one thing goals should be long term

Short cut methods are not always helpful. One day cricket match can be played by anyone but the champions are those who can play Test Matches. Anyway better learn late than never. Thanks for sharing your feelings in this article.

Thanks for sharing your experience on network marketing. I think you are right, it’s important to keep the long term in mind, otherwise it’s really easy to quit when things don’t go your way immediately. Get excited about each milestone and use it as a springboard to reach the next, bigger milestone!
