Why promoting your network marketing opportunity may put you out of business….
Are you promoting your network marketing business to everyone you talk to?
Does your company have the latest and greatest potion, lotion, juice, product,service that the world has ever seen?
Is your company’s comp plan going to revolutionize the network marketing industry?
If you answered yes to any of these questions then let me make a very bold statement about your network marketing company and the one I am in as well. 97% of the people who you are trying to market your business to don’t care.
They don’t care about your products, your services or your comp plan.
Why would I say something like this? Because most people are involved in their own network marketing company or their own deal and they are saying the same things about their opportunity. Do you realize how much time and money people spend online trying to convince others that their whatever is the greatest thing in the world. What a colossal waste of your resources!
If you are doing this today then I have one word for you: STOP!
If your marketing efforts are only about pushing your company then save your money because I can tell you now it’s not going to work, unless you have a whole lot of money. There is a good reason why this industry has over a 90% failure rate, that’s because 90% of the people are all delivering the wrong message, in the wrong way, to the wrong audience. If you are first talking to family and friends, wrong audience. If you are buying leads, this might be the right audience but it’s the wrong way. If you are promoting your company’s replicated website, wrong message.
The key to your success is delivering the right message in the right way to the right audience. When you begin your marketing efforts put yourself in the shoes of the prospect you are trying to attract. The right message should answer 2 questions that everyone asks when they are searching for an answer to their situation, What’s in it for me? and How can you help me? I would suggest you build all of your marketing efforts around those 2 questions. Remember this is a people business and most of them don’t care about what you have to offer until they know it can help them solve their problem.
